Dry Nitrogen Blower series

The DHN200-2 dry nitrogen concentrator, also known as a nitrogen blow-down instrument, is mainly used for the concentration or preparation of large quantities of samples under anaerobic conditions. It is widely used in pesticide residue analysis, commercial inspection, food, environment, pharmaceuticals, bioproducts, and other industries. The nitrogen blow-down instrument uses microcomputer control technology and high-purity aluminum material as the heating medium for fast heating, accurate temperature control, and a wide temperature control range. The DHN200 can process 12 sets of samples simultaneously. The manufacturer also provides a variety of nitrogen blow-down instrument models, such as water bath nitrogen blow-down instruments, circular nitrogen blow-down instruments, and visible nitrogen blow-down instruments, which customers can choose from.

The background of nitrogen blow-down instruments: "Rapid Detection Technology for Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Products and Their Production Environments (MRSM)" is an international advanced agricultural science and technology project introduced and implemented by the Institute of Environmental Protection of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Environmental Monitoring Station of the Ministry of Agriculture. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Standardization Administration of China issued the "Detection Method of Melamine in Raw Milk and Milk Products" GB/T 22388-2008 on October 7, 2008, which requires the use of a nitrogen blow-dryer for sample pre-processing of melamine in milk and other dairy products. 1. Each blowing needle can be controlled independently to avoid cross-contamination.

2. The height of the instrument's gas chamber can be adjusted independently, and comes with a standard gas needle length of 15 cm.

3. The DHN200 nitrogen blowing concentrator has 12 gas channel control switches, which saves gas and allows the position of each blowing needle to be changed independently, making it suitable for different sample containers and positions.

4. When concentrating toxic solvents, the entire system can be placed in a fume hood to reduce danger.

5. The instrument has a built-in over-temperature protection device, automatic fault detection, and alarm function, which is convenient and practical.

6. The instrument has an LED display screen, which synchronously displays the temperature and decrements the time, enabling real-time observation of temperature changes.

7. The dry nitrogen blowing concentrator has a more uniform overall temperature and faster heating speed.

8. This product can also be used as a regular dry constant temperature device.

9. The DHN200 is a dry nitrogen blowing concentrator that is easier to use and can achieve temperatures of up to 150℃, allowing for better sample concentration.
